Blood in urine: Prostate issues?

I’m honestly pretty freaking worried here...
so a friend of mine opened up to me today about some bleeding he’s been dealing with for over ten days now, specifically between his testicles and his anus. he says it looks like this little open hole in his skin and the bleeding just won't stop..
I've been digging around online, and I'm thinking maybe it isn't even related to his prostate..
since he isn't really showing symptoms like pain, or any bleeding from his penis, or anything like that... it's just constant bleeding..
but he's being typical and refusing to actually go see a doctor..
and I'm just really stressed out about it..
if there's a doctor out there or anyone who's dealt with something similar, please reach out because I'm kind of at a loss as to what this could be...

Man, if you ask me, it sounds like a pilonidal sinus. He’s going to have to see a doctor eventually—most likely when the pain becomes unbearable, which, let's face it, will happen pretty damn fast.☕

like, between the anus and the balls.. whereas what you sent seems to be at the base of the spine

It’s kind of wild that there isn't even one doctor around who could at least drop a quick thought on what this might be, so I guess I'll just end up Googling the whole thing myself... hheelllppp

Don't let the location throw you off, because things can pop up exactly where your buddy is feeling it. There are hairs in that area too, right? They can get ingrown.

Check out this thread. People have given really vivid descriptions of their wounds, the exact locations, and what they felt like.

Anyway, try to be gentle with him and convince him he needs to see a doctor.
