DIET PLAN AS RECOMMENDED BY A NUTRITIONIST:

WEEKS 1 & 3 - THE DETOX PHASE:
=========================

DAY 1: All vegetables...
DAY 2: Boiled meats...
DAY 3: Rice or grains...
DAY 4: Dairy day (all cheeses, yogurt, etc.)...
DAY 5: Eggs—prepared any way you like...
DAY 6: All fruit...
DAY 7: Roasted meat (strictly no breading or processed stuff)...

WEEK 2 - THE MIXED PHASE:
==================

DAY 1: Boiled meat paired with vegetables (avoid beans, potatoes, or rice here)...
DAY 2: Roasted or boiled meat plus vegetables...
DAY 3: Rice served with vegetables...
DAY 4: Dairy, vegetables, eggs, and fruit...
DAY 5: Eggs, salads, fruit, and yogurt...
DAY 6: All fruit...
DAY 7: Meat and vegetables...

It is suggested to stick to olive oil, lemon, and apple cider vinegar...
Coffee should be consumed without sugar; alcohol and sodas are strictly prohibited...

This regimen aims to shed 10% of total body weight within three weeks...
One may repeat the cycle after taking a one-week break...

Wait, so you're telling me I actually have to eat things like rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? And just plain rice, without any sauce or anything to make it edible?🤷

But they conveniently forget to mention how fast it all comes back, right? ☕

And what... you're supposed to eat... all the vegetables? In America? Anywhere else in the world? 😲 🙄

How much can you actually consume? You eat as much as you want, right?

Basically, here is the condensed version of this "kid's" logic: just eat your vegetables. All of them. And meat. And other food products. Basically everything edible, for the most part. 🤣 😂

Haha... yeah, sure, another 50% loss over the next three weeks... once all the meat falls off the bone.

Honestly, I’d love to see these "geniuses" sent off to some mandatory manual labor camps—maybe then they'd actually see those pounds start to drop. 🙄

Maybe just put them on the Glavas diet... though I should mention that one is a bit unconventional, since there's actually a tiny 10% chance you could lose 100% of your body weight...

So, what, just eating fruit all day long? That sounds pretty ridiculous to me. Honestly, if there's one major flaw with the UN diet, it's that approach right there.

Eating nothing but fruit all day? That’s just nonsense. Honestly, that’s the biggest flaw with the UN diet.

I actually started a whole thread about a 40-day fast🥳 go ahead and look it up😉😁

Hold on just a moment while I sit here and calculate what ten percent actually looks like in my specific situation.

It’s basically what happens when you throw steak into a Vitamix, hit pulse, and pour the sludge into a mason jar ==> meat shake. 🤣

I mean, I was at the local Stop & Shop the other day, and they actually had these hot dogs in glass bottles... yeah, bottled.😂 😁

I’ve heard about that diet before. My neighbor actually tried something pretty similar—same basic idea—after her doctor recommended it. From what I know, you just rotate stuff: one day it’s just yogurt, the next it’s eggs, then meat and veggies, then potatoes, and one day it's just apples.

Except in this version, they don't just switch things up every three weeks; they're constantly rotating the whole thing. So, I guess it's even more intense, but maybe it works.

Honestly, the one you posted doesn't even look that bad to me... I mean, people can do anything if they really want to. 👍

This diet is absolute nonsense. That "cleansing" week is a total disaster—you’re basically guaranteed to strip away all your muscle mass. And by the way, muscle is the only thing that actually ensures you lose fat properly and stay lean once you're done!

Look, just grab some work, skip the McDonald's and Coke, throw on some sweats, and go for a run. That's really all there is to it.
