So, for a few weeks now, I’ve been dealing with this weird sensation... it's almost like someone is pressing a finger
right against my temple—just on the right side, mind you. It isn't exactly painful, per se, but it's this constant pressure that
is honestly starting to get under my skin.
The strange thing is, it mostly happens when I’m just sitting there being perfectly still—like when I'm eating or having a conversation
(it disappears then)—and it also seems to trigger whenever I have glasses on, whether they're prescription or just sunglasses.
Whenever the pressure builds up enough to be annoying, all I have to do is physically press my own finger against my temple
and it just... stops.

Has anyone else ever dealt with a "problem" like this? And if so, how did you actually fix it?

Thanks!

It’s interesting because it mostly happens when I’m totally relaxed (like when I’m eating or chatting,
it just disappears) and whenever I’m wearing glasses (doesn't matter if they're sunglasses or prescription)

Has anyone else dealt with a similar "issue," and how did you fix it?

I used to deal with this all the time—now it happens less often, just every once in a while... and I'm pretty sure it's tied to my blood pressure. Mine tends to run quite low, and I’m terrible about staying hydrated... I usually only drink about a liter a day, which definitely isn't enough. On those days where I actually make an effort to drink plenty of fluids (around 2 liters), these symptoms don't happen at all. I even end up feeling better, more energetic, and more active... plus, no headaches. 🙂
