Just a quick question... is there any way for the moderators to wipe all my old posts from those threads like "Men's Blunders/Stupid Things Guys Do" or those women-only subreddits? I wrote some things back then that were just... well, let's just say they were silly, and now I'm feeling a bit embarrassed about them. I really don't want them sitting there anymore... if someone could just erase every single trace of my existence in those threads, I would be incredibly grateful 🙏

Has anyone else on the Reddit thread actually chimed in or left a comment yet?

Look, I’m not trying to step on Sash's toes here, but my suggestion—and I’ve included the links below—is to just shoot a private message to the moderators managing that PDF. Let them decide if it needs to be scrubbed or if it’s already been quoted five hundred times and we should just settle on a deal with you. 🙂

A little nugget of wisdom for you: watch what you type... because you can't always take it back. It’s not that the Reddit staff doesn't want to help, it’s simply that... they can't. 🙂

It’s a bit of an unusual suggestion, really—especially when you consider our officially declared policy.

Are you actually scrubbing PDFs that you moderate just because the author asks? You know—basically doing their dirty work through some sort of backroom deal? 😁?

Wait, are you actually embarrassed by what you’ve posted here?

😳

Honestly, I look back at my own ramblings on this forum and I don't feel a shred of shame. In fact, I find myself digging up old threads just to brag about how much of an absolute legend I was—like that time I basically owned the beach while running around half-naked in the summer sun. It was glorious.

😳

If you're really feeling that self-conscious, why not go head over to the Psychology subreddit? You'll find a massive crowd of total weirdos there who make you look like a saint by comparison.

I’d love to join them and show off my own eccentricities, but unfortunately, I got kicked out of that community by a rainbow-colored boot before I could even settle in...

😠😠😠
