So, I want your thoughts on this...
Breakfast: green tea with honey, 2 tablespoons of oats and 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds mixed with Activia yogurt, plus a pear.
Snack: half of a large apple.
Lunch: lentil, potato, and carrot stew, one slice of whole wheat bread.
Snack: decaf coffee with soy milk, two fiber Granola cereal bars.
Dinner: a small can of tuna, mixed salad (tomato, bell pepper, onion, sunflower and sesame seeds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar), half a slice of whole wheat bread.

Breakfast: Looks fine, though I’d probably drink the green tea without honey about thirty minutes before eating, then save the honey for the oatmeal portion.

Lunch: It's decent, provided you aren't strictly focused on weight loss. If you are, you should probably cut back on the legumes and potatoes, and stick to raw carrots—cooking them actually bumps up their glycemic index.

Dinner: Totally solid, although you'd get much more nutritional bang for your buck eating fresh fish instead.

Overall, this seems to be working well for you.👍

Decent menu 🙂
though the portions look a bit small... but hey, that's just me
I wouldn't be putting out-of-season veggies in a salad either, and it's way too early for local tomatoes and peppers anyway

1. Try to steer clear of fruit right after you eat a big meal. It’s totally fine as a standalone snack later on, though!

2. I’d say skip the soy milk if you can. You're much better off grabbing some goat milk or even just regular dairy with a lower fat percentage.

How on earth did you manage to stop at only two?😲 😲 😲 :grancerealeovisnica:

I'm no expert—not by a long shot—but honestly, looks alright enough to me🙂
So, I'm looking for some feedback...
Breakfast: green tea with honey, 2 tablespoons of oats and 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds with Activia yogurt, a pear
Snack: half a large apple
Lunch: lentil, potato, and carrot stew, a slice of whole grain bread
Snack: decaf coffee with soy milk, 2 fiber granola bars
Dinner: a small can of tuna, mixed salad (tomato, bell pepper, onion, sunflower and sesame seeds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar), half a slice of whole grain bread[/QUOTE

The menu isn't terrible, but man, there’s definitely room to level up here:
1. Swap that honey for barley malt. Honestly, honey hits pretty much like white sugar does.
2. Throw some dried fruit in with those oats and flaxseeds. Also, ditch the dairy yogurt—cow's milk is kind of a junk food in my book. Try rice milk instead.
3. Eat your fresh fruit on its own. Don't just mix it into other meals; give it its own time.
4. Soy milk is fine, but don't go overboard with it.
5. If you're buying tomatoes and peppers out of season, skip it. No thanks.
6. Tuna is loaded with heavy metals. If you're going the canned fish route, grab some sardines instead. Much better move.

Bottom line? You're heading in the right direction! Good luck with everything!
