Post-op recovery...

So, I was peeing yesterday and felt this slight twinge of pain, then I looked down and realized I was actually bleeding a little... honestly, I panicked and rushed straight to the ER. Turns out it wasn't anything major; they just told me one of the stitches probably loosened up and started leaking a bit. While I was there, I asked the doctor about that white "slime" forming around the incision, and apparently, it’s just the dissolvable sutures breaking down 🙂..... so at least I won't have to deal with the hassle of getting them removed 🙂🙂

And look, I’m not even kidding about the extraction part... that was easily the absolute worst pain I've ever dealt with 🙂 But honestly, once the pain finally subsided after about 17 days, I already started getting back into the swing of things with my girlfriend—you know, the whole physical intimacy side of things, erections, light "action," and all that... I'm just crossing my fingers that everything stays on track and there aren't any nasty complications down the road... 😍

I’m 6'3", and I just had surgery for a pilonidal sinus. Honestly, I’m feeling great today, though sitting for long stretches is still a bit of a struggle. I’ve been getting out for walks in the woods and keeping up with chores around the house—everything feels pretty much back to normal!
The stitches came out after eight days, and it didn't hurt a bit.
I’ll try to track down the recipe for a specific cream that several people I know have found helpful after surgery, as soon as I can get my mom to give me the details!
