Need help with spell check in Microsoft Office 2007

Hey, I could really use some help here;
Does anyone happen to know how to get Grammarly link working inside Microsoft Office 2007, or maybe someone has a totally different idea?
This is actually pretty huge for me, but honestly, my brain is just completely fried right now.

Man, I'm seriously losing my mind here—why on earth is my old CD all scratched up and refusing to install anything? 😬

I’m pasting a fix for this exact same issue here; hopefully, it does the trick for you too.

Open up the Registry Editor and navigate to this specific key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing
Tools\1.0\Override\en-US

I ended up with two entries (one for DLL and one for LEX) that were trying to point to files that didn't even exist anymore.

Just rename those entries to oldDLL and oldLEX.

after this Change All Spell Checking worked normal again

Has anyone actually messed around with this registry hack yet? What's the point of even doing it?!

I don't think it’s working... I can't even find the Override File anywhere. Has anyone actually managed to track down a download link for the American proofing tools for Microsoft Office 2007??

I'm not seeing an override option on my end either... I guess I'm hoping someone else managed to find a fix, because I haven't had any luck despite trying 😬
