I’ve been wondering how everyone else is holding up this winter, because honestly, I feel completely off-kilter, almost like I’m walking around intoxicated or just totally out of sorts because of this weather... since I deal with meteopathy, these constant shifts in the atmosphere really take a massive toll on my body and leave me feeling absolutely drained.

What choice do you have... if I could, I'd just crawl into a hole and stay there.😉
For me, staying hydrated helps. Since my blood pressure tends to drop during this season, I've been eating plenty of salty snacks and drinking a lot of coffee... it keeps me going.😁

I’ve been feeling completely wiped out lately—it’s thrown my whole routine off... but the silver lining is that I didn't actually catch a cold or the flu... and honestly, I'll take that win.

My head is absolutely spinning right now—it feels terrible, honestly, just like I’m completely wasted. Every time I try to lie down, the whole room starts whirling around me

With this weather being what it is, my blood pressure just tanks even further. I’ve been trying to stay on top of it by working out, getting my steps in, and basically chugging water all day just to stay upright
But honestly, once I finally lie down, I just feel lightheaded and dizzy again

First off, which winter are we talking about?😬

Look, I’m a total San Diego soul at heart, so when that heavy wind starts blowing, I honestly don't even want to get out of bed. I hate the rain and this gloomy atmosphere. But since moving to NYC for college in the fall... even though I still can't stand this miserable weather, it hasn't been a huge deal. I haven't even needed a jacket lately (not to mention showing up in short sleeves in December😍).

These past few days have been an absolute disaster.
My head is in such a state of chaos, it’s almost unbelievable. 👎

It honestly makes me feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one going through this...
