Yellow Fever?

I’ve been dealing with this strange yellowing in my sclera—basically, my whites turn yellow after I spend a long, grueling stretch working at my computer. Does anyone have advice on what to do about this?
Just to clarify, my vision is perfectly clear and I’ve already gone in for a checkup with an ophthalmologist; they confirmed that I don't need a new prescription.

Based on those tests, it looks like your liver is totally fine.

The other possibility could be some issues with your bile ducts, like a blockage.

So, can cigarettes actually cause this?

Maybe you just have Gilbert's syndrome. It’s incredibly common, and most people aren't even aware they have it. It's essentially a metabolic issue where certain liver enzymes aren't functioning quite right.
