I’m running into some real trouble with my body weight... I really need to pack on about 35 to 40 pounds...
Does anyone have any solid advice on how to actually put those pounds on?

Here’s the deal: I’ve been this way since middle school, and honestly, I never gave it much thought. I’ve always wanted to fill out a bit more, but it wasn't a huge priority until recently when I noticed the skin on my arms started peeling... which made me think I might be low on vitamins. I started taking some brewer's yeast from Natural Resources, and while that stopped the peeling, I haven't really seen a change in my weight. I heard that brewer's yeast—basically just Vitamin B—is supposed to kickstart your appetite, so that was my main reasoning for trying it. Since I didn't notice a difference in how hungry I feel, I stepped things up and moved on to a stronger B-complex supplement...

So, I’m wondering: do these vitamins actually impact your appetite? I eat as much as I can without feeling like I'm forcing myself to overeat... I've even tried those trendy meal replacement shakes and other gimmicks, but nothing seems to work...

If anyone has a better suggestion, please let me know... gaining 40 pounds is no small feat.

Yeah, B-complex vitamins definitely kickstart your appetite.
So, when did you actually switch over to that "heavy dose" you mentioned? Any actual progress yet?

I actually just started asking questions about this three days ago... though I've been messing around with brewer's yeast for about a month now.

As you can see from the photos, I’m looking to pack on about 20 pounds. I heard this tip going around about eating five hard-boiled eggs every single night right before bed... but after doing that for eight days straight, I couldn't even look at an egg without feeling nauseous, let alone eat another one (and I mean actual food here, not 😁...
).

It wasn't even a matter of preference; I just physically couldn't handle them anymore! 😁

Man, I've tried those exact same tricks with eggs and all sorts of protein shakes, but honestly? Nothing worked for me at all.
