Grab some Clorox spray, give it a good misting, let it sit for about five minutes, and then just wipe everything down thoroughly with a damp cloth to get that perfect shine. Just a heads-up though, this method isn't quite right for the toilet bowl itself.

People claim you gotta clean the tank every three weeks or the fish die, but I go two months without cleaning it, sometimes even four months, and those little guys are still kicking...
The last time I actually scrubbed the tank was back when I finished my vacation last summer

On a different note, I find that using some heavy-duty degreaser allows me to scrub even the truck hubcaps clean, despite all that nasty brake dust that builds up. 🙏 🙏
