So, basically...

Three years ago, I was in a serious car accident. There was some kind of fluid leak around my brain—cerebrospinal fluid, maybe?—and a small skull fracture. I spent some time in the hospital, and they eventually told me everything seemed fine...

Before the crash, I was 6'0" and about 175 lbs. I was in great shape too, an athlete, pretty muscular for a 22-year-old...

But after being stuck in the hospital for two weeks, I dropped down to maybe 143 lbs...

Since then, I’ve tried everything to get back on track. Hit the gym, stayed consistent with training, focused on nutrition, vitamins—you name it, I did it. But I just can't seem to push past 165 lbs... No matter what I do...

Another thing is my immune system feels like it's completely shot. Out of twelve months in a year, I’m sick with a cold at least four of them. It wasn't like this before. I used to be able to run through a snowstorm and never catch anything... now, I'm constantly exhausted and weak even when I haven't done a thing. And the headaches... they happen way more often now.

I've seen all sorts of doctors. We've checked my stomach, my brain, my heart, bloodwork—everything. They all say everything looks normal... which makes me think they just have no clue what's actually happening. Some of them even brushed me off, telling me things like, "Kid, just eat your vegetables and stop worrying"...

So, I'm reaching out because I really need some help. Any advice, any thoughts, anything at all... I just want to get my body back to where it belongs. Right now, I feel like a walking skeleton, and my health is just... not there.

Thanks

The stuff is actually called liqueur, by the way
Honestly, I don't even know what else to say to you—just... please don't give up until you finally figure out what you're looking for, okay?😘

Three years ago, I got into a wreck. Ended up with some fluid leaking around my brain—cerebrospinal fluid, I think—and a hairline fracture in my skull. Spent some time in the hospital, and the doctors gave me the all-clear, saying everything looked fine.

Before the wreck, I was about 5'10" and rocking around 175 lbs. I was in peak shape too—pure athlete muscle. I'm 22.

When I finally crawled out of the hospital after two weeks, I was sitting at about 143 pounds...

Since then, I’ve been back in the game—hitting the gym, grinding through workouts, cleaning up my diet, stacking vitamins, you name it. I've done everything the experts suggested, but I’m hitting a massive wall. I just can't get past 75kg. It's like I've hit a ceiling I can't break through, no matter what I do.

Another thing I’ve noticed? My immune system is basically non-existent right now. Out of the last twelve months, I’ve spent at least four of them dealing with a constant cold. It wasn't always like this—I used to be able to go for runs in the snow in nothing but shorts without catching anything. Now, it's like my body just gives up. I’m constantly wiped out and feeling weak even when I haven't done a damn thing, and these headaches are starting to hit me all the time too.

I’ve been through the wringer with doctors—running tests on everything from my stomach and brain to my heart and circulation. Every single one of them tells me I'm perfectly fine. Honestly? It feels like they don't have a clue what's actually going on with me. And some of these guys even had the nerve to brush me off with that condescending, "Kid, just eat more spinach and quit worrying" kind of crap.

So, I’m asking for a huge favor here—I need some help, any advice, even just a quick word from anyone who's been there. I really want to get my body back on track. Right now, I look like a walking skeleton, and honestly, I need to get my immune system up to speed too.

Thanks!

If you’re dealing with those headaches, you seriously need to go see a doctor. Honestly, I bet your immune system is just tanking because of your weight. Try adding some lard—you know, that white fat from bacon mixed with garlic—to your diet. Just spread it thick on some toast. It’s actually good for you and super healthy.🙂Trust me, the weight will fall off eventually. It’s just a matter of time.🙂

Good luck!

gle, you're definitely below the healthy range for your age and height—seriously, please try this... there’s this supplement called Ensure (it comes in liquid or powder form) that's basically used for people dealing with enterocolitis issues, or even what happened to me when I dropped a ton of weight after going through chemo and radiation. I'd also suggest reaching out to Dr. Željko Krznarić—he's a gastroenterologist at the Mayo Clinic in Washington, D.C., and honestly, one of the top nutritionists in America. By the way, you can get that Ensure via prescription through Medicare. And, if you're open to trying to boost your immune system with homeopathy, I honestly can't recommend Dr. Soltysek enough—he's fantastic. Just hang in there and stay strong...
