Kevin Chavez3 said:Wait, he's actually looking for $267 THE COMIC BOOK?!

I was thinking $267 for all 80 of them—and honestly, who's actually going to hand him $3.25 just based on a number... 🤣

Maybe his people are wearing gold shirts or something...

And even then, it’s pricey. You could head to any flea market in the country and pick some out for $3.25/piece, quite often for as low as 5.

Fair enough—those early pressings definitely command a premium, but the guy is still 🙂🙂🙂

There’s this one shop in Washington, D.C. where I used to buy my stuff, and I was very satisfied.
Everything is organized and tidy, and most importantly, the prices are reasonable for everyone.🙂

I stumbled upon hundreds of singles up in the attic. There’s a bit of everything—weird stuff, classics, old American records, you name it. Anyone interested?

Attic finds or just a pile of singles?😁

I have some vinyl up for grabs. Everything is in good shape, and I'm happy to sell them as a full set or individually.

It’s really not that straightforward when you start talking about comic books... Honestly, it’s a far more expensive and complicated hobby than collecting vinyl.

That’s true, though I think this guy went a little overboard with his record prices. At the end of the day, nobody's forcing us to buy them, so arguing about it feels kind of pointless. Everyone’s got the right to ask whatever they want for their own stuff—just don't go knocking someone else's prices if you're doing the exact same thing. Those are the types that really get under my skin.

I'm looking to sell or trade:

If you want to know about condition or pricing on any of these LPs, just shoot me a DM. I guess we can chat there!

Man, I've been digging through my collection lately. Got some absolute classics from The Rolling Stones. I'm talking about the big hits, *High Tide and Green Grass*, plus *Steel Wheels* and *Steely Dan*. Also managed to snag *Paul McCartney*, *The Rolling Stones*, *Al Di Meola*, and *The Rolling Stones*. Oh, and *The Rolling Stones*, *The Rolling Stones*... just a whole bunch of great stuff.
Frank Zappa: Frank Zappa in New York (2xLP) $40
Got this Voivod: War and Pain LP. It’s got that sweet gatefold cover plus a four-page insert, too. Still fresh in its protective sleeve, so it's basically brand new. I guess it's a pretty solid find. $47
Brain Donor: Love, Peace & Fuck (2xLP, green vinyl, Julian Cope and his crew), brand new and unplayed. $43
EKAT - S' vetrom uz lice, EX/EX $67
Šarlo Akrobata: Bistriji ili tuplji čovek biva kad... (just missing the inner sleeve) $60
So, I finally got my hands on this Talk Talk record—The Waterboys, specifically *The Colour of Spring*. It's an EX/EX copy, which I think is pretty solid, honestly. Just a really nice find. I guess it's one of those albums that just hits differently when you actually sit down and listen to it. Maybe it's the production, or maybe it's just the vibe. Either way, I'm pretty stoked about it. $37
The Waterboys : Terra di nessuno NM/NM $33
Maybe I just scored a little win today... picked up this Donald Fagen Nightfly LP. It's an NM/NM German Edition. Pretty stoked about it, I guess.
Maybe I just found a gem... thinking about this David Gilmour LP. It’s in really nice shape, like EX/EX condition. Honestly, such a killer find. $27
Buldožer - Pljuni istini u oči $43
Buldožer - S/T NM/EX $83
Azra: Ravno do dna 3xLP $67
Azra - Suncana strana ulice
Maybe check out this Fakofbolan / Dark Busters split LP? It's in really nice shape, like EX/VG+.
Fakofbolan - Jedini dokaz, LP, EX/VG+
The Residents : The King and I $40
The Residents: Mark of the Mole
Soundgarden : Totally awesome (brand new, still in the shrink wrap) $47
Killing Joke: What's this for...! $33
Bauhaus : Burning from the Inside - $33
The Beatles - The Beatles (White album) EX/EX $67
The Beatles - Love songs (2xLP)
The Beatles - A Collection of Beatles Oldies (Dutch Edition) NM/NM
The Beatles-20 Greatest Hits
So, I managed to snag a copy of The Beatles - Sgt. Peppers... It’s actually a German Edition on Odeon. Pretty cool find, I guess.
Pink Floyd - Pink Floyd: The Final cut (USA Edition, 1983) VG/ EX $17
Pink Floyd - Pink Floyd: The Final cut (French Edition) EX/EX $33
So, I finally got my hands on this Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon LP. It's in that really nice EX/EX condition, too. Honestly, such a classic. I guess you can't go wrong with it, right? Maybe just a perfect addition to the collection. $33
Pink Floyd: Atom Heart Mother, VG/VG $20
Pink Floyd - Pink Floyd $20
Maybe I've got some Pink Floyd up for grabs... looks like a nice little double LP set, maybe? It's listed as G/G/VG+, so nothing perfect, but hey, that's rock and roll, right? I guess it's worth a look if you're hunting for those classic sounds. $20
Maybe I should mention this Spirit double LP... honestly, it's in EX/EX condition. Pretty sweet find, I guess.
Robert Fripp : Procol Harum
Procol Harum : Procol Harum's ninth
R.E.M. : Green
The Shadows: From Hank, Bruce, Brian and John (mono)
The Shadows : Jigsaw
The Shadows : Change of Address (never listened to)
The Kinks: Face to Face (never actually listened to this one)
Van Morrison & The Chieftains : Irish heartbeat
Bajaga : jahač magla
Bajaga : Prodavnica tajni
Ran Mraz: To My Mother...
Đorđe Balašević : Pub
The Police: Ghost in the Machine
Ian Dury & the Blockheads : Laughter
King Crimson : Earthbound $37
U2 : Rattle and hum (2xLP)
Iggy Pop : Instinct $13
Los Lobos : By the light of the moon
Sade: Diamond Life
Wishbone ash : Argus
Wishbone ash : Number the brave
Nightwing : Black Summer
Maybe some Cat Stevens greatest hits? I guess just looking for that classic vibe.
Joan Baez : The Best of
Dire Straits : Communique
Dire Straits: Alchemy (Live 2xLP)
Mike Oldfield : Tubular Bells
Jean-Michel Jarre : Oxygene

What I really need in my life right now:

Butthole Surfers: Independent worm saloon
Anything but Black Sabbath.
Black Sabbath: Master of Reality (just not that old US pressing)

Sam Gopal’s CD is fantastic. I highly recommend picking it up—it's actually a pretty steal at this price.

This is what it sounds like when Lemmy and Sam take on ballads: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAC-TdBXW8E

Exactly. That Sam Gopal "Father Mucker" album is fantastic. It’s also quite rare. Besides the "escalator" album, there is an EP and a single out there; I’ve never actually laid eyes on the single. Since everything is included on the album, owning it feels more like a collector's pursuit. Sam actually has about five or six other albums sitting as finished masters, but nothing else has ever been released besides those two. Apparently, he's back in the studio again, even though he's well over 70 now. "Father Mucker" featured some additional Tablas, and they even used Tablas for a blues track. Most of the material was recorded in 1990 but wasn't mixed until 1999. One specific track was actually created in 1999, which is when the album was finally released. That's the long and short of it. ;-)
