So, I’ve been feeling like I’m constantly, absolutely starving lately... Honestly, I think I'm eating way more than I used to, because if we're talking pure volume, I'm definitely consuming a lot more food...
But for the last few days, I’ve also been dealing with this weird sensation of weakness in my hands—it’s like, I have a hard time even holding them steady enough to type on my computer, especially once evening rolls around. I don't work out, I'm not overexerting myself, I eat regular meals, and I'm definitely not pregnant... so, WTF 🤔
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?

Maybe you’ve got a gas leak in your apartment?

What on earth does 🤔
have to do with anything? 😘He definitely isn't letting it go, either—my partner is a total fanatic when it comes to this kind of thing, so I guess we're in for a long night.

It might be nerves..

Maybe you should start exercising 😉

How long does this last? I get these massive hunger pangs that go on for a few days, then they finally let up.

Maybe there's some worms in here?

I don't have any worms or parasites.

It’s been going on for a few weeks now, at least.

It might just be my nerves acting up, though I honestly don't feel like I'm more stressed than usual (and let's be real, I'm pretty much a walking nerve ending most of the time—though I usually keep it bottled up inside, which I know probably makes things even worse)
I just don't know how to stop being so on edge...

Maybe I'm eating too much "empty" food? I suppose I should probably eat smaller portions, but make them more substantial—which really means fattier foods, but I've never been a big fan of greasy stuff 🙂... I don't know.

Look, I’m not saying this is definitely what you're dealing with, but the last time I went through something similar—and it wasn't just a hormonal thing or lasting only a few days—it turned out to be a *Helicobacter pylori* infection. Here is the link. Don't take every single word in there as gospel because it isn't quite that dire, but if these symptoms hang around, you really ought to see a doctor since this stuff isn't exactly harmless; for me, the only real symptom was just feeling like I couldn't stop eating!

Strangelove, honestly, I haven't really noticed anything else out of the ordinary.

I suppose if things don't start looking up, I'll probably just head over to my doctor, but if it settles down on its own, I'll just assume it was some kind of PMS flare-up or something...

Thanks for all the input, 😘

Maybe try getting some exercise. I guess the body eventually adjusts to eating better once you start moving, and you'll probably feel a lot better too.👍
