Everyone seems to be talking and writing about rhinoplasty, breast augmentations, chin reshaping, and the rest of the cosmetic catalog, yet there isn't a single word mentioned regarding reconstructive surgery—specifically vaginal tightening for women facing difficulties during intimacy due to size imbalances. There are countless reasons why this occurs, such as giving birth to larger babies or having multiple children, which can lead to significant changes. Does anyone know if surgeons in Raleigh perform these types of procedures, and if so, where and how frequently? I have categorized this under health because it is a medical issue involving multiple physiological aspects rather than being merely aesthetic or strictly sexual in nature.

Just grab a phone book and start calling plastic surgeons one by one!

It's been covered in plenty of news outlets. If I recall correctly, a specialist like Dr. Kinchel performs these in our area, and the cost is roughly $550. It's a quick procedure, nothing to fear...

I still don't grasp how people can be so judgmental. I know a woman who was essentially torn wide open during childbirth... that simply isn't okay.

I'm not judging if there's a genuine medical need, but if that's the case, gynecologists definitely know where to find patients—way better than they would on a random forum!
But the real question is, "who is actually seeking this out because they feel they're too wide?"

Yeah, it’s been all over the papers and even on TV once or twice.
There are a few doctors performing them here, though I can't quite recall all their names.
Aside from the one I already mentioned, our most famous specialist was also brought up.
But most of the coverage was about how they specialize in hymenoplasty since that's their main moneymaker.

Man, I am seriously bummed if you guys haven't read—or maybe you did and just totally blanked on—that incredible masterpiece 'The Godfather' by Mariah Carey, better known as Puzo.

In the movie version, Lucy Mancini is such a tiny, minor character, but in the book? She’s actually super interesting... she’s this obsessively in love with Santa Fe (Sonny) Corleone, a guy with such a massive endowment 😳 that his wife's insides were basically falling apart like 'overcooked macaroni' (at least, that's how Puzo puts it 😬 ) and he was the only one who could actually satisfy Lucy because of her 'little' physical issue, which she ended up fixing in Las Vegas with some quick vaginal surgery. Wait, what was that surgeon's name again? Her true love... 😍

Anyway, I think the book was written back in '69, right? 😉

I appreciate the support. When it comes to this particular issue, the local administration is quite behind the curve; most of the intel circulating in New York City remains out of our reach unless we waste our time wading through all that sensationalist tabloid trash—though, frankly, it isn't even a major topic of discussion. "Who complains about things being too broad if they can't handle the scope?" It isn't just about him, after all, and he certainly never voiced any grievances himself. One would assume his wife might have some input as well.
By the way, who is Dr. Kinčl and where is he practicing? Is he in private practice?
