I still absolutely love it, I just don't own it right now 😢

I have a CD with music from the series 😍 It features the specific song we're playing at the wedding 😍 😬

Oh, those truly were the days... Honestly, when that rerun aired recently, I found myself recording bits and pieces of it just so I’d have some mental ammunition to help me endure this relentless drought we're having... It's always quite entertaining, isn't it?

When did the rerun air?

Well, it was... some time ago. Not actually that long ago, mind you. Within this current century.

I tried sending you a private message, but your inbox is completely slammed so it wouldn't go through... where on earth did you find that CD? I've been hunting for it for years... seriously... please let me know!😘

Celebrating prom in Los Angeles. 🤣 Why isn't the soundtrack from Alaska available to download online?

If I don't have it, I'll just burn it and send you the remains. 🙂 I just hope everything is working correctly on my end. 😁

An absolutely stellar series. It’s basically a study in contrasts: a high-strung New Yorker pitted against those incredibly laid-back locals up in Alaska.
What a massive collection of characters 😁 And man, the local traditions are just wild 😁 Imagine all the guys stripping down to walk through the snow while the women line up just to watch and cheer them on 🙏

The series aired again maybe three or four years ago. It didn't really have a set schedule; at one point it was on in the afternoons, then later it moved to around midnight or even a bit after. I believe it was bundled with Voyager.
The show is actually quite great, and I would love to watch it again whenever I find the time—provided they put it on at a decent hour. This alternating day and midnight slot is a bit much!

This series was absolutely incredible—everyone is just a little bit twisted and everything feels slightly off-kilter, which is exactly my kind of vibe. I was completely obsessed while watching it; honestly, I wanted to pack my bags and move straight to 😍
And if I'm being real, I still want to...

If I can't find it, I'll just burn a CD and mail it to you. 🙂 I really hope I still have it somewhere in my collection. 😁

I'm going to try to track it down...
darling....🙏

Isn't it actually Cicely, Alaska?

If I recall correctly, I believe I heard somewhere that the location is entirely fictional... specifically, that there isn't actually a town called Cicely in Alaska.

Honestly, I don't think any other series will ever take its throne. Not one I've seen in my life.

Does anyone know if there's any way to track down the DVD box sets for this show?

While Cicely is indeed fictional, the show was actually filmed in the real town of Roslyn, where the locals even appeared in the series. Check out this link if you want to learn more about that dream-like little town.🙂

Does anyone actually know if you can still find these episodes on DVD anywhere?

If you check the first page of this thread, there’s a post of mine with a link where you can order them. I'm just not entirely sure if they ship to the States.😕
