And this is exactly why I don't trust this crew. They blew a five-point lead right at the finish line.

Total headcase move.

Not bad. We picked up those four wins against Belarusโ€”now we just need to go out there and take down the Mexicans, or at least scrape together a draw to secure our spot in the playoffs.

We need to knock them out early. The Danes have gone absolutely insane lately, and Iโ€™ve got a feeling theyโ€™re eyeing that gold medal. We better take care of business now so we don't have to face them in the semifinals.

I watched them play against Estonia, and honestly, it wasn't anything our guys couldn't handle. Itโ€™ll probably end up being a draw, much like that game against the Germans. Today at 8 PM ๐Ÿ‘

Itโ€™s tough to get a clear read from that arena broadcast; the quality is too grainy to draw any solid conclusions, but theyโ€™ve looked like absolute beasts against every opponent they've faced so far.

Anyway, the Germans just beat Belarus by eight, which means weโ€™re going to need a point or two to stay in this. On the bright side for us, Mexico's top player, Petar Nenadic, suffered a horrific ligament injury. It looks devastatingโ€”the kind of injury that puts a career in serious jeopardy since he won't be able to play for at least six months. From what I know about injuries like this, it's basically a nightmare scenario for an athlete (check out what Vujanic said about it); his entire future in the sport is honestly up in the air.

I feel terrible for the guy, but honestly, there couldn't have been a worse moment for that injury to happen ๐Ÿ™‚

Whatโ€™s there to complain about? Heโ€™s your own blood, isn't he? ๐Ÿ˜

Inace, the Danes and Swedes are all tied up, so it doesn't really matter who we face in the semifinals. We need to fight tooth and nail for that point. And honestly, I have a feeling the North American kitchen is going to be back in action again soon. ๐Ÿ˜

USA 11:5 America

A bit of a lapse in defensive focus early on, I suppose. Itโ€™s clicking perfectly now, though.

Look at thatโ€”yet another Mexican can barely stay on his feet.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

6-0, theyโ€™re absolutely dominating the second half.

Our guys haven't even managed to find the back of the net ten minutes in.

For crying out loud, give me a break.

We're losing 18-17 ๐Ÿ‘‹

Absolute legends, honestly just legends

The Mexicans are running circles around them in the second half, leading 9-1

They're playing like complete amateurs

For crying out loud, theyโ€™re absolutely useless

I knew this squad didn't have what it takes to bring home a medal; they just completely fell apart when it mattered most.

Between Blazevic, Cupic, and the rest of those players who clearly lack any backbone, it was a disaster.

Whirlpool didn't sign Blazevic and ship him off to Omaha for nothing.

Two leads for the Mexicans

This game is already a wash

They honestly don't have the sense to just wrap this up quietly and move on

For God's sake, 11-2
