How long does post-acne redness usually last?

So, I’ve been on Accutane for about three and a half months now. The good news is that the breakouts have finally cleared up, but man, my skin is just... it's incredibly red everywhere. It feels like a constant flush that won't quit. Does anyone here know roughly how long it takes for this redness to actually fade away? Honestly, I’m right on the edge of a total nervous breakdown over this, so if anyone could give me some quick insight, I’d really appreciate it. Also, does anyone know of a specific cream that can actually speed up the healing and regeneration process? Thanks so much.

I’m dealing with pretty much the exact same thing you are, though I don't really get breakouts anymore, maybe just one stray pimple popping up once in a blue moon.

I was on Accutane too, but I only did a six-month course.
The redness didn't just vanish, but it's definitely fading away bit by bit.
I actually ended up getting some laser treatments to deal with the scarring...

Honestly, you should just be glad that the Accutane actually worked for you, because if it did, you're already winning; this stuff just takes time to clear up.
