What to do after a genital cancer diagnosis?

Have you ever actually stopped to ask?
What would the doctors even say? Would they burst out laughing or just weep for us?
How do you even deal with something like this?

Well, I guess cancer still counts as a health issue, since last I checked, it isn't exactly a mental illness.

And yeah, doctors might crack a smile when they have to amputate someone's junk—especially considering the guy might actually live another few years after.
