Spotting during ovulation: Is this normal?

Is it actually possible to experience bleeding during ovulation?
It just happened to me—first time ever.
On top of that, I’m dealing with some pretty intense abdominal and back pain.

I dealt with the same thing—spotting during ovulation. I ended up seeing my OB-GYN thinking it was just stress, only to find out I have PCOS. 😢 If this happens again, go get checked out by a doctor. Look, if you’re under massive stress, it can happen. Some women even experience ovulation bleeding for no reason at all. 😲

Just get your annual checkup out of the way now so you can stop obsessing over this for the next few days; honestly, there's no point in letting it eat at you when you can just get an answer. Everything is available these days if you just go in, so just make the appointment and I'm sure everything will turn out fine.

Yeah, that could definitely happen. But honestly, it might also just be a symptom of PCOS.
