Not sure if this has already come up since I haven't been on here all that long, but honestly, I think this place could really use a signature look.

It’d just be way more chill hanging out on a forum with some actual personality instead of being stuck staring at this basic "template" vibe.

It was... I honestly feel like we need more of this—just more depth, more substance, and more of those long-form discussions that actually get into the weeds. It’s easy to just skim the surface, but I’m craving that extra layer of detail where we can really dig in and unpack everything properly. Let's keep this momentum going! I honestly don't even know where to start with people like that. It’s just one of those things that gets under my skin, you know? You see them acting a certain way, thinking they've got it all figured out, and it's just... well, it's something else entirely. There's really nothing more frustrating than running into that specific type of attitude. I honestly don't even know where to start with this one, but I feel like we really need to sit down and have a real conversation about what’s actually going on right now. It feels like everyone is just shouting over each other without actually listening, you know? I was reading some of the points Terry Gonzalez3 was making earlier, and while I see where he's coming from, I can't help but feel like we're missing the bigger picture entirely. We spend so much time arguing over the tiny details that we lose sight of the actual heart of the matter! It’s almost exhausting if you think about it too long, but man, it’s important. I truly believe that if we could just take a breath and look at the situation through a more balanced lens—maybe something closer to what rustydrifter10 was suggesting—we might actually find some common ground instead of just spinning our wheels in the mud. I'm just putting this out there because I care about this community and I want us to actually get somewhere meaningful..

I’m actually a big fan of this design—really quite fond of it—but I occasionally find myself craving a bit of variety...

I think it would be incredible if we could implement a menu featuring several different skin styles (including this one as the default option), allowing everyone to just jump into the settings and pick whichever look resonates with them most.

I'm with Betty Palmer8 on this one.

Anyway, while I've got everyone's attention—do you think bumping up the avatar sizes is actually going to tank the site speed, or am I just overthinking it? Because honestly, 50x50 is tiny as hell.😁

You’re probably gonna get the usual response to that:

I actually dig avatars like this 🤷.

Not sure what anyone hopes to gain by making them bigger—honestly, I don't see the point.

Man, this feels a little cramped. Not that it matters much, though—maybe it’s just me being picky since I’ve been hanging around these forums forever and got used to seeing massive avatars.

And let's be honest, it’s not like anyone here is actually holding you back or keeping you from moving forward,

Hang in there... it'll happen soon enough... ☕

We're basically pooling our funds to buy a new server beast that can actually handle 800x600 avatars without breaking a sweat.

It’s just Facebookification. One mic at a time.

Why on earth wouldn't you just add more styles and call it a day?

Look, I’m pretty much used to seeing at least 100x100, but hey, just a thought.
If it doesn't absolutely tank the site speed or mess with how the forum runs, why wouldn't we do it?

I mean, if we aren't going for size, what's even the point of having avatars if you can't actually see what's in them?
