There are actually quite a few of them out there, and not all of them belong to that specific association or whatever you call it.
The one most people know is probably Richard Thompson33’s contact.
Then you've got Dr. Huber in Suburban Chicago, and Močinić over in Brooklyn.
Most of them are actually famous for weight loss treatments since that's what brings most people through their doors rather than general healing.
I know both of them are trained in acupuncture, and Huberica stays really active attending different seminars. Plus, they're both MDs! Huberica is also pretty affordable compared to others.
There's also this lady—I think she's in Small-town Ohio—who finished an acupuncture program in Germany that's part of a standard medical degree. Word is, she's absolutely phenomenal!
If any of them catch your eye, just let me know and I'll do some digging to get you their info.

A colleague of mine tried acupuncture for weight loss and she seemed happy enough... though, honestly, they paired the needles with a pretty pathetic diet and she was walking 12 kilometers every single day, so I’m convinced she would’ve dropped the weight regardless of the shots....

I totally get what my mom was saying in her first post.
Most of these clinics mostly go by their weight loss acupuncture because that’s how they pull in the most business. They definitely handle other things too, it's just that if someone comes in for a migraine, they'll probably have thirty people looking to shed some pounds right behind them!
