Can you really heal yourself with diet alone?

...okay... I know this might seem like it's strictly about food... by the way, I actually posted this over in the other section too (....heh.... am I being too stubborn?..) but still.....

.....food is medicine, after all...
1....it doesn't just affect our physical selves, but our eternal and astral bodies too....which means the mind is really at the core of all our ailments...

2.....it’s a tool we can use to boost both our mental and physical health...

....so, uh... kh... kh... after that tedious little intro, here's the actual question: does anyone know where I can find food with the "Demeter" certification???

Supposedly, it's "grown" in harmony with cosmic influences from the Earth, the planets, and the zodiac signs surrounding us. Plus, it shouldn't contain any chemical substances (if that's even possible these days, given the industrial impact, the atmosphere, and all those other modern pollutants).

From what I gather, there's someone out near a small town in Ohio who works with this stuff...

If anyone knows more or if it's available in Chicago, please let me know!

There are a few organic farmers around here. I think there’s just one woman out in California who actually holds a certification—you know, for land that hasn't been touched by chemicals for a few years and stuff. I also know about the Sierra Club folks over in Newport who do that biodynamic farming. As far as I know, they have a little shop in Newport and sell their goods at the market in Palm Beach.

Actually, just outside of Washington, D.C., there’s this incredible estate that follows strict biodynamic farming principles—it’s all very holistic and fascinating! If I can track down the website, I’ll be sure to post the link here for everyone.
