Registration help needed

I spent some time last night trying to get a friend of mine signed up on the site, but she ran into the exact same wall I did... every single time we tried to enter her info, the system just threw back a bunch of random errors and warnings. There’s no way this is an issue on our end, so if things have been made a little too complicated behind the scenes, it’s really just pushing away people who actually want to use the service...

Is there seriously no way to get an answer around here? Where are the people actually in charge of these sites... are they all just offline or something? It feels like there’s absolutely zero oversight or technical support available, right? In this day and age, having solid technical support is easily the most important thing when you're dealing with service providers and customers, but here in America, that concept seems totally nonexistent... it's just that classic local attitude where nobody gives a damn about helping you out at all.

I’m looking for some solid old-school error logs or documentation that actually lays things out clearly... I'd love to see which ones you guys have encountered with those automated phone systems. If there's even a tiny glitch, it feels like they throw ten different reasons at you at once. We just couldn't get through the registration process and ended up calling it quits...

I mean, looking at the logs, it seems like it was working fine for everyone else last night, except there was this weird gap where nobody could sign up from 6:59 PM until 8:41 PM

so it’s totally possible the server was just acting up for a bit...

But everything seems to be running smoothly now.
