That movie was killer. Super weird, totally brutal... I really vibed with it. 🙂 Stop Crime !!! 🙂

But man, the way Ebert connected that film to 🤣 🤣 was just pure moron move.

Well, that's what happens when you insist on reading a Roosevelt review before actually watching the film instead of just checking the star rating.🙂

I didn't actually read anything beforehand or after, honestly. Someone in a torrent comment section mentioned it, so I just went to see what they had to say. 🙂

Just finally caught that Red Letter Media review

I gotta say, if those guys are right—and they usually are, except when it comes to Simon Pegg—then this movie is basically everything Kick-Ass should have been. 👍

I honestly have no clue why anyone keeps dragging "Kick-Ass" into this conversation, because that comparison never once crossed my mind while I was watching.
But "Defendor" immediately came to mind, given how many thematic threads they actually share...
Anyway, it’s a decent little flick.

Absolute madness!
9,1/10
It’s this wild cocktail of Taxi Driver, Defendor, and something bloody yet somehow hilarious, packed with some really standout
moments—like that scene where he has a vision of God's fingerprint on his brain? Phenomenal.
It hits you with waves of humor, then sadness, then leaves you gasping for air from laughing so hard, before pivoting into a tense and
intriguing finale. That's it.
The movie is pretty disturbed and violent, but at the same time, it's strangely endearing and funny.
