I wasn't totally sure where to drop this one, so I'm just gonna toss it into the Health section, since Lecithin is basically just a supplement you can grab at any CVS or Walgreens.
So, here's the thing—I was reading somewhere that Lecithin actually boosts egg production and increases sperm count, which apparently means guys get way better orgasms too, plus it helps with fertility.

But then, I swear I saw something else saying Lecithin is actually the reason behind infertility? Like, wow, now I'm just super confused about what's actually true.

I would honestly love to hear from some actual pros who really know their stuff when it comes to medications and vitamin supplements.

When it comes to soy, I'm really not convinced it actually boosts sperm counts 😁... I used to take Lecithin while I was studying and I still have a container of it lying around, but I'm not quite sure about what you're saying here... regardless, there isn't any amount of Lecithin that would be considered toxic

I can't find that other site, though, because I read it ages ago and my memory is just totally shot, so I have no clue where it went.

It’s funny how things change. Not long ago, everyone was treating Lecithin like some kind of miracle cure-all, but now that we actually know what's going on with all that soy nonsense, suddenly nobody wants anything to do with it. 😁

So, I picked up some soy Lecithin granules at Target today. Has anyone actually tried this stuff before? I’m hoping it might give my focus a bit of a boost while I’m grinding through studying, so fingers crossed it actually works 🙂
