For about two years, I dealt with some issues regarding my penis (please excuse my bluntness), and because of that specific problem, I just wasn't experiencing 100% of the pleasure during sex. Everything functioned perfectly fine physically—I didn't have any performance issues or anything like that, and sex was still enjoyable—but there was just this missing element. Now that I've finally resolved the issue, I realize just how much sensation I was actually being deprived of before, and how much less I was feeling than I should have been.
Basically, the problem is gone now, but the sensation is so intense that I can barely hold back from finishing multiple times when I'm with my wonderful partner, and it’s honestly driving me toward climax way too fast. I am genuinely surprising myself here, because even with many different partners in the past, nothing like this has ever happened to me. She is incredibly patient, but I really don't know how much longer she can take it. And if I lose my cool too, then we're both in trouble! Ufff!

Is there a specific medication out there for this, or does anyone have any better advice to offer?

I honestly don’t know—have you been taking care of things on your own too many times right before sex? It might actually be affecting your sensitivity levels... I really can't say for sure, but it's a possibility. To be honest, I highly doubt there's some magic pill out there that just delays everything indefinitely...

There is certainly a risk of losing sensitivity, but then again, you just end up right back where you started... honestly, if you aren't careful about overdoing it, you might find yourself feeling a bit burnt out instead.🙂

Hey guys.
I tried masturbating, but honestly, it just seems to make things worse for me the next few times around.
I am really hoping that getting more sexual experience under my belt will eventually help.
I suppose I am just going through that initial learning curve where everything feels a bit uncoordinated.

What kind of condition even causes you to lose all sense of touch, only to have it come crawling back later?

So, why aren't you doing those delay exercises? There’s already a thread on Kegel exercises—someone mentioned how to adapt them for guys—and honestly, I had an ex who did them. Man, he could go forever. He swore by them, saying they gave him total control over everything...

It isn’t really like that at all. For me, it was more about my skin losing its elasticity, which meant things just wouldn't slide over properly, and honestly, it was a constant, nagging irritation. Once I finally cleared that up, I experienced this incredible sense of relief that was so profound I can't even quite describe it—it felt like discovering a level of comfort I hadn't known existed, or perhaps I had simply forgotten what true ease felt like.

I try to wrap my head around every possible explanation, but... it just doesn't work that way.

You know those condoms—I think they’re called Preforma—that come with some kind of special lubricant? I read somewhere online that some guys actually prefer them because they can last much longer, or sometimes they can't even reach the finish line. I suppose that's just a temporary fix, though—eventually, you'll probably be able to go longer naturally once you get past that initial... well, intensity of it all.👍

Maybe it's a matter of circumcision, or perhaps when you're tucking everything into your underwear, you should try keeping it more taut. That might help with the sensitivity issues.☕

I completely understand all those points... the condoms, the constant distractions, and everything else. I know things will eventually settle down and improve, but I honestly thought there might be some kind of solution available at a local CVS or Walgreens. :/

As for the circumcision, my doctor gave me a hard NO!

It’s not "special lube," it’s an anesthetic. It numbs everything out...

@Brenda Miller7

Look, regarding the actual issue, I don't know if this is a medical thing or more of a psychology thing... but you'll find a massive concentration of creeps who think they know everything in those circles, so...

Anyway, it's a sexual problem, so treat it like one. Doctors prescribe meds or creams because it's considered a side effect, and some psychiatrists actually write them out, which is pure stupidity in my book...

Premature ejaculation is probably the most common issue therapists deal with, so it's easy enough to fix...

Someone already suggested those timing exercises you can find online, and honestly, that's the best advice out there. Plus, since you seem to have a steady partner, you need to get her involved in the process too.

A solid technique is to stop right when you feel like you're hitting the point of no return, then have your partner wrap their hand around the base (facing you) and apply pressure with their thumb right on the frenulum area... hold it for a second, then get back to it.

There's also that "squeeze technique" where you squeeze hard to drive the blood away from the erection, but people don't really recommend it because there are easier ways... 😍

I'm not gonna list every single technique ever invented. Just look it up online and see what works for you. But listen: you need patience. I tell everyone this—sexual issues aren't fixed with a magic wand overnight, but if you actually take it seriously, you can fix them pretty fast.

So I gave those SUPER FILAGRA pills a shot. Check it out here: http://american-ljekarne.com/super-kamagra1

Personally, I don't really struggle with premature ejaculation (I just try them out because my erections are hit or miss sometimes), but I did notice you can actually stay in control and not just finish instantly. As for whether they actually work for guys with real issues? Honestly, I have no clue...

Alright, let me share my own experience dealing with premature ejaculation.
Basically, back when I first started being sexually active, things moved way too fast—to the point where if a girl was just leaning over me, a little bit of friction was enough to send me over the edge (keep in mind, I was only 14 at the time 🙄). Over time... even when we switched to manual stimulation, it was still incredibly quick. Same thing happened during oral; it was lightning fast. Eventually, even oral took a bit longer, but once actual intercourse started, I’d be done after just a couple of thrusts. I honestly thought that the more often I did it, the better I'd get, but there was zero progress. It eventually started messing with my head, causing even more anxiety about finishing early. 😢
Just so you know, a huge part of this is psychological—if you're constantly worrying about finishing early, you're basically inviting it to happen.
I tried everything from various topical gels to practicing solo during the day, but once it came down to actual sex, nothing changed. 🙂
The one silver lining was that if I finished once during sex, I could last much longer the second time around—but by then, my partner would usually lose interest, and by the time she was ready again, I wasn't quite there yet, which made it hard to fix the cycle.

That’s when I discovered Kegel exercises. 🙏 Here's the deal: you have to contract that specific muscle located between your anus and your prostate. You don't need equipment, weights, or anything else—just a clear head, pure willpower, and persistence. When you squeeze that muscle, all your other muscles—your abs, your legs, etc.—need to stay completely relaxed. Just focus all your mental energy right there (you can identify the muscle by the feeling of stopping your urine flow mid-stream; that’s the one).
At first, you should do alternating squeezes—hold for 2 seconds, release, and repeat for a minute or two, or however long you can. Don't overdo it; just spread the sets out throughout the day. I used to do them three times a day. The training is incredibly tedious, but believe me, it works if you stick with it. I personally refused to quit until I knew I had fully mastered it. It took me nearly four months, 🤷 but the results were definitely there. 😍 Now, I've reached a point where I can hold that contraction for 2 minutes at a time, five reps per set, three times a day—morning, afternoon, and before bed. But fair warning: it takes a massive amount of time to get to this level.
The end result? Now, when I'm inside her and feel like I'm about to hit the limit, I just squeeze that muscle (not too early, not too late), and I can keep going for what feels like an hour (I haven't actually hit a full hour yet 😁), and you can use this technique to delay things every single time. 🙂
One more thing: the result is an incredibly firm, rigid erection, and once I finish the first time, I can be ready to go again within about 15 seconds—believe me! 😍

I hope this helps someone tackle this issue. Just stay persistent!  🙂

Kegel exercises don't just help you delay things and improve control; they actually make your orgasms feel way more intense. As for getting things back up and running again, that really comes down to PDE5 inhibitors. Here is an excellent article that breaks everything down for you.

A real treatment for premature ejaculation is actually on the way soon..
