Do you play any sports or hit the gym at all?

It’s been a few months of total inactivity on my part, but I finally hit the pitch for a game of soccer yesterday after a long hiatus, and I must declare that I am absolutely exhausted.

How would you even begin to describe the pain you're feeling? Is it more of a dull, heavy ache, or something sharp and stabbing, maybe even tied to your breathing?

Yesterday, I experienced these sensations all day long. It wasn't exactly a dull ache or a sharp sting—it was somewhere in the middle. These brief stabs occurred dozens of times throughout the day.
Today, however, I’ve only felt it maybe once or twice.
Since it happened so frequently, it is quite difficult to determine whether there is any direct correlation with my breathing or not.

Let me clarify.
It’s actually more of a dull ache that lasts for about ten seconds at a time—nothing intense, really—and I feel it right under my left breast, centered.
Should I be paying attention to this, or is it nothing?

Everyone panics over that.😛
It’s nothing to worry about—it sounds like your pectoralis major muscle.👍
