For the last couple of days, almost every single time I try to open the spirituality through thread, this window pops up:



any idea why? what even is this? 🤷 😕

I’m guessing the issue lies right here in this post:

Every time I try to load Black.com, it immediately hits me with a login screen asking for a username and password, even though this post provides a direct link to the site.

Yeah, exactly.
I get hit with the same thing the second I log in— Authentication Required

I've got a quick question here, and I didn't want to clutter things up by starting a whole new thread for no reason.

A moment ago, the forum looked exactly like this:
but everything seems fine now. Does anyone know what actually happened? Is there a tech expert out there who can walk me through it? 🙂

It seems someone incompetent was put in charge of the ads, though they clearly have no clue what they're doing.

Seriously, screw these ads—it’s ridiculous. You actually have a test server for this stuff, right? So why on earth are we forced to deal with site crashes in the middle of the day because someone decided to test things live?
This is just terrible.

I hadn't seen it yet, and I was honestly pretty shocked at how much my favorite forum had been messed up. 🙂

Anyway, I just fixed it using an adblocker. 🥳
