Issues with male nipples

I’m only 16, but I’ve noticed that my nipples seem a bit more "inflated"—larger than what they probably should be—and they tend to harden whenever I rub them or when it gets cold. I was wondering if there is any way to actually fix this issue 😕

Look, that’s just standard stuff during puberty. Hormones are basically riding a roller coaster at that age. It isn't gynecomastia; what she's seeing is just her overall chest development starting to kick in.
