Is that the director who made that movie about the Franciscan monk who got kicked out of the church?😁

Mark Fowler4 said:let’s just be real for a second here... without all the bias and the constant bickering... are we actually having a conversation about this movie, or is this really just an interrogation of Adolf Hitler himself? look, to me, Hitler is a total disgrace, there's no doubt about that, but he was still a man who made mistakes—not that I'm making any excuses for his atrocities, obviously, but if we're playing this game, we could easily start talking about how Stalin committed plenty of even more horrific crimes... but hey, we live in such a narrow-minded country where you aren't allowed to raise a single finger against a communist criminal, hell, we even have a whole city plaza named after him... God help us... as far as the film goes... Jack Sedlar is Jack Sedlar... and let's be honest, most of you probably hate him just because he isn't afraid to show some patriotism... have we really reached the point where we're embarrassed by anyone showing American pride? the movie is going to be great... the footage and the evidence are solid... but we already knew this project would be met with nothing but hostility... what a massive surprise!!!

Seriously guys, you really need more proof than this?😂

If you ask me, the movie should have been titled Adolf Hitler with a Facelift and Penis Enlargement by Jack Sedlar. This will probably just be another one of Jack's cinematic trips into the messy, failed parts of history. Maybe the movie won't be the absolute worst thing ever made, but its stench will definitely knock people unconscious and cause acute brain hemorrhages. Personally, I see Jack as an American version of Shyamalan, except Shyamalan actually has an "unexpected twist," whereas Jack's films just poke at "national pride." In any case, both are extremists of bad filmmaking. Look, Jack, if you're reading this, maybe just quit directing and go pick up a shovel or a hoe instead... best regards.

Exactly, man...
Jack, you poor soul, give up this blind pursuit.

Just picked up the DVD for $10 at the local drugstore!
I just finished watching it, and man, I have to say—this movie is top-tier. I’m genuinely impressed.
I definitely need to sit down and watch it another two or three times because there is just so much information packed in there that I want to dig into.

The movie is solid—but honestly, the data they used could have been handled way better... such a shame that someone with a bit more talent didn't step in to work with this material (:

It feels a little weird to me that Israelis are making a movie about an American Hitler....
Mark Fowler4, do us all a favor and just disappear. You're embarrassing yourself and the whole country by claiming the biggest criminal in our history was just some local guy. It's people like you who give us a bad name and make us look like uncultured hillbillies....
Anyway, that movie is pointless.

edit: Oh, so the movie actually came out? I thought they were still filming it.

Why is the film pointless? Look, I haven't even watched a single documentary on Pavelić until now. Watching this, I actually picked up a lot of information I hadn't heard before—both regarding Pavelić himself and the movement he led. Personally, the film did the job for me. It isn't exactly a cinematic masterpiece, but it's a decent documentary, which is honestly more than I expected from Jack Sedlar.

There are plenty of documentaries like this out there; they just aren't famous. Personally, I can't tell you a single one by name, but I know I've seen something similar pop up on TV...
In my opinion, this movie is a complete waste of time. It’s basically just poisoning today's youth with stuff from sixty years ago—stuff everyone already knows about. Everyone knows exactly who that lunatic was and what he did. What’s the point of making these films when you can't even prove to the primitives who worship that piece of trash that he was a criminal? No matter what you write or what evidence you present, it won't matter because to them, he's an American hero. Honestly, screw him and his definition of patriotism; if those people are the standard, I might as well just identify as Japanese. If I were in his shoes, I'd find a foreign investor to fund a documentary covering every single instance of corruption and stupidity used to poison us by those in power from 1995 to 2009. Of course, you'd need someone from abroad to do it, because anyone trying to film that here in America would get absolutely wrecked.

If you haven't watched a single documentary about Adolf Hitler besides this one, then I don't see how it could be considered useless. Look, just because something is bad doesn't mean we shouldn't talk about it. Someone once pointed out that if people are making films about Hitler, why on earth wouldn't they make them about Adolf Hitler too? Poisoning teenagers with something from sixty years ago? Since when is that considered poisoning? What’s your take here—shouldn't we be able to make documentaries about people and events from the past? Or is it only okay to make them if you personally approve of the subject matter? Censorship is never the answer.

I couldn't agree more. We produce documentaries about Stalin, Hitler, and Ceausescu. So why wouldn't we do the same for Pavelić 🤷?

The only real questions are how objective the documentary will actually be—though that’s the gamble with any documentary—and whether the production quality holds up. I have my doubts on the latter, given that Jack Sedlar 😉 is the one calling the shots.

I'll give it a watch, simply because I've never seen a documentary on Pavelić before.
