How do I find a thread I posted a few days ago?

Alright, here’s the situation. I get that people post constantly... but when I navigate a couple of pages deep, my threads just vanish. It’s not even an issue of inactivity; people have been replying and engaging with them. What’s more frustrating is seeing threads from a month ago pop up within a few pages, yet my posts—which are only a few days old—are nowhere to be found. How am I supposed to track them down? I know clicking a username shows all their threads, but what is the most efficient way to click my own profile and pull up everything I've started? Thanks in advance for the help.

I clicked that last link you sent, and once again, nothing happened 👎... Seriously, why can't I just click my own username to see all my threads after logging in? WHY? Where is the link on my profile that lets me find my posts? Am I actually expected to hunt through the entire member list? It seems absurd that as the owner of this account and password, I can't get direct access to my own data.

Just click here to access the statistics page, then select "Find all threads started by Kenneth Williams4" and you'll see them listed right there.

I’m running into the exact same issue. I can’t find the specific thread, though I managed to track down every other post I've ever made—except for this one. I actually only found my own history by typing my username into the search bar. Is it possible a moderator wiped a thread I posted just a week or two ago? And if they did, what would be the reason for that?

If it was removed, please don't attempt to repost it. It is possible the thread was moved or deleted entirely. I would suggest sending a private message to the moderator of the specific subforum where you originally posted it; they should be able to explain exactly why it was taken down.

Well, now you've ended up with two identical threads about Žuža's kitchen.
They didn't actually delete your post; it just drifted off the front page because it hasn't been updated in a while. It happens to the best of us!

Just shoot a PM Misery's Crown or one of the other moderators and ask them to merge them or just nix one of the duplicates. That way, you can keep posting away and sharing all those cute photos of the pup in the main one.

It’s not that the forum is complicated, you’re just still finding your footing since you're new here.

The moderators will list themselves right at the bottom—so, if you head over to the Pets section, you'll see their names sitting there in the bottom right corner of the page.

The mods for the Pets section are Tyndall, unknown, unknown, and unknown.

When you go to send a message, just specify that you want it routed to one of those specific moderators.
