I know this sounds ridiculous, but I’m starting to get genuinely worried.. 😒

A few days ago, my left leg suddenly went cold, and now there's this nagging ache.
I'm talking about the entire limbβ€”from my hip all the way down to my footβ€”especially along the outer side. Look, I’m no doctor, but my gut tells me this is a circulation issue. It feels exactly like that deep, heavy discomfort you get when a part of your body has been completely cut off from blood flow..

Plus, my muscles are acting up with this dull pain..

It isn't some life-threatening emergency yet, but it's ice cold.. and it hurts.. and no matter what I do, I can't get the warmth back. That’s what scares me. The discomfort isn't quite enough to knock me out of commission, but it's just persistent enough to keep me tossing and turning at night.. 😒

Please, if anyone has any wisdom to share, let me hear it. 😒

It’s possible this stems from some kind of spinal misalignment...

That actually makes perfect sense. I’ve been dealing with scoliosisβ€”both lumbar and thoracic. 🀷

But for this to hit me out of nowhere?

On top of that, my knee has started giving out, and a friend even pointed out that my gait looks offβ€”like I have a bit of a cold feet situation going on...

Sounds like circulation issues, most likely, based on how you described it.
You should probably get your uric acid levels checked out too.
Go see an internist...
This could actually be something serious...

Alright... thanks, Richard. πŸ™‚ (By the way, Walter Smith8β€”it’s acting up again... 😁)

So here I am, sitting here typing this away while my leg feels like it's sitting in a bucket of ice at sub-zero temperatures. It's not just cold; the pain is absolutely driving me insane. 🀷

Look, man, don't mess around with this stuffβ€”just go see a doctor.

Poor peripheral venous circulation doesn't typically present with pain, and you'd usually feel it in both legs simultaneously. Given your history with scoliosis, if you're dealing with intense pain and stiffness, my first thought points toward sciatica. My advice? Go see a doctor and get some actual testing doneβ€”X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, or an EMGβ€”to figure out what’s really going on.
