You really should've just asked who plays the maniac better—Dennis Hopper or Malcolm McDowell... honestly, I bet half the people out there don't even realize which two movies they're talking about when they bring up those roles. Anyway, my vote goes to MCDowell—he’s just more convincing as the anti-villain in this one...

It’s because he’s basically a product of the society around him... if I remember the movie right—and my memory isn't perfect—they put him through some kind of therapy to make him "good," then just toss him back into the exact same environment. It feels like you're either good or evil based entirely on what society defines you as... I can't quite recall if he ended up back where he started, but yeah...

Alex is the man, and he definitely deserves a say 😁
