So, who do I go to to report trolling and nasty DMs? And is it actually normal to expect a response from the mods or admins just confirming they saw the report and are looking into it?

Sending offensive messages to the Prime Minister's Office usually doesn't result in any formal sanctions; instead, there's a much simpler solution known as the "ignore" button, which effectively settles the matter.

If you see trolling or any other posts breaking the forum rules or the PDF guidelines, just click the little triangle icon under the username to report it (check the attached image).

As for the Prime Minister's Office, slywolf45 already gave her answer.

By the way, if you think it might help to loop in someone specific, you can just hit the Forward button to send this over to the admins and type in the username of whoever you want to notify. 🙂

Someone was advertising their products via private message; I simply forwarded the details to Desiree, and she took care of it. At least, I hope so, since her response seemed affirmative 😉

I must commend the administration for such prompt responses 😉

We are currently addressing those advertising issues...

Regrettably, when dealing with those "bad actors" who harass people through direct messages, the only practical advice I can offer is to utilize the ignore function immediately. 😉
