Issues with my large intestine?

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly feeling a bit lost and could really use some advice or even just some reassurance regarding something going on with me. Over the last couple of days, I've started feeling this really uncomfortable, sharp pain right at the rectal area😢. To make matters worse, I looked today and noticed what looks like a dark blue vein popping out, if that makes sense? I'm totally freaking out because I've never dealt with anything like this before in my life. It's getting increasingly painful, especially when I'm sitting down or whenever I have to use the restroom. I did a little late-night deep dive on Google, and of course, everything I read points toward... colon cancer😢. Is anyone out there who has dealt with something similar or knows what might be happening? Please, if you have any insight, let me know. I'd appreciate any help you can give me so much

Honestly, just go see a doctor because there is absolutely no way anyone can diagnose what's going on in your gut from a screen... besides, why would you choose to sit there and suffer through the pain?

Plus, if it’s swollen and looks like a little bump, then they’re definitely just external hemorrhoids. I've completely cut out all the spicy stuff, anything heavily seasoned, or fried food... it's all about those chemical triggers for me now.

Hemorrhoids... my exhaust pipe basically gave out after dealing with too much stress and bad decisions.
It’s not a crisis, but go see a doctor. I’ve never dealt with them myself, but I’ve seen photos of the external ones—they look like they might actually pop if you sit down. The internal ones seem a bit more manageable.
