"I feel like I've been fighting off some kind of persistent bacterial infection for ages now,"
between this constant sore throat, my deviated septum making breathing a chore, and an immune system that feels like it's completely hit rock bottom, it honestly feels like my body is just under siege from every direction at once.

Has anyone else dealt with a similar downward spiral? I’d love to hear about your experiences or if there’s anything specific you did to get back on track—maybe certain supplements or lifestyle changes that actually made a difference?

You kind of just threw a bunch of random stuff at me there without really explaining yourself... Like, how can you even be sure there are bacteria involved? Are we talking actual lab results from a clinic or something? And what’s your go-to fix for it? Also, I'm struggling to see how a deviated septum connects back to bacteria or having a weakened immune system. How do you even tell when your immunity is actually down? Just try to be a bit more direct in your opening post, man.
