Or rather, Will Eisner's The Spirit directed by Frank Miller. It’s a film adaptation of the comic of the same name, penned by the legendary comic artist and writer Frank Miller himself. This marks his first solo directing gig after making his debut with the stellar "Sin City," where he had some help from Robert Rodriguez. Miller stuck to that same visual aesthetic from his previous flick and his own comics, so "The Spirit" looks a lot like "Sin City." They even used the exact same technique—green screen.
Honestly, even without Rodriguez, there isn't much to worry about. Every shot, poster, and teaser 1 teaser 2 plot Quote released so far looks incredibly comic-book cool. It's pretty obvious Miller knows what he's doing.🙏
Not sure about you guys, but I'm seriously hyped for this.👍
