Feeling under the weather + weird bumps on my testicles and swollen glands. Help?

So, I’m running a bit of a fever, maybe around 99 degrees, and I’ve got this weird aching sensation in my testicles... it feels almost like I took a light hit down there or something. It comes and goes in waves, though honestly, if I start obsessing over it, it feels like it just settles in and stays constant, even though looking back, it’s probably not as steady as I thought...😢 Any idea what might be going on here?
