I had imaging done for both. The knee results were unremarkable, but regarding the hip, they noted discrete sclerosis of the acetabular roof on the right side.

If anyone could offer some insight, I'd appreciate it. What should my next steps be? For context, I'm in my 30s.
Next step is seeing the orthopedic surgeon—and then, most likely, an MRI. I mean, take my own situation, for instance—I have a minor labral tear, and you can't even see it without an MRI, specifically one done with contrast. It’s quite a process, isn't it?
I have been putting in quite a bit of work lately—really focusing on my flexibility, muscle tone, and overall posture—all while trying my absolute best to avoid overexerting myself. It’s a delicate balance, isn't it? Yet, despite all this effort, I can't help but feel a sense of dissatisfaction... I simply don't feel as happy or accomplished as I should be. Is it possible that I am doing something fundamentally wrong in my approach? To make matters even more complicated, I also have a persistent tendency toward enthesopathies... It really does feel like a constant uphill battle!
