Thanks for the heads-up...

Every single time I click the forum icon. For instance, if I’m over in the Chicago sub and want to jump over to the New York section, I’ll hit the forum icon to get back to the home page first. Instead of just taking me there, it keeps throwing a "thank you for your report" message at me. No idea why this started happening out of nowhere, but does anyone know if there's a way to kill this pop-up?

You aren't the first person to go through this, and you definitely won't be the last. 😁

The thing is—and I know it sounds like one of those tech clichés—but plenty of people run into this exact headache. For some, a quick purge of their cookies and cache does the trick, while for others... well, it's basically useless 🤷

Personally, ever since I hit this snag for the first time, I’ve just been nuking my private browsing data periodically. Honestly? It’s been weeks and I haven't seen that glitch pop up once...

It’s the same thing for me. Every time I click "Go to first unread post," it just gives me some "Thank you for your report" message and kicks me right back to the main forum index 😠

Between the traffic numbers and this mountain of ads, I honestly can't wrap my head around how they manage to run such a garbage forum, especially from a technical standpoint 😠

There’s a direct link right down there at the bottom right, though I'm not sure if that's actually any better 🙂

It does that to me sometimes. When I'm using Chrome, I can't even get into certain subforums because it just gives me this lovely little error message and leaves me hanging. But if I switch over to Edge, I can get right in without any trouble.

It was doing the exact same thing to me earlier today, but now it’s back to normal 🤷
As they say, this forum actually has some character 🙄

The only thing I really can't stand is being barred from the off-topic section, which is where I end up spending most of my time anyway.😢
