Hey there! Calling all experts out there—anyone who’s struggling just a little bit more than I am, haha.😁
I recently went to see an integrative medicine doctor because I’m dealing with ovarian cysts from endometriosis. I’ve actually already gone through surgery once before, but unfortunately, they’ve come back. 🙂I still haven't been able to get pregnant, so my doctor gave me some Valerian root tea to drink. Since I'm actively trying to conceive, I was wondering if it's okay to mix that with any supplements like Vitamix or leafy greens?🤷

So, which one is actually the right one for fertility? The lady at my local health food store gave me some Catnip drops and claimed that’s what I need. If that's true, can I mix it with valerian tea and drink them together?😕

So, one last thing—can I take all three at once? Or should I space them out throughout the day?

I’m losing my mind here—someone please help me!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

That stuff is basically just a sedative, or whatever else they pack in there along with Persian. Honestly, if you ask me 🙂 It’s either normal or Praxiteles, otherwise what's even the point? 🙂
