Login times

So, I was wondering—if I log in on a computer like this one, I can see the login time, right?
But what happens if I use a different machine somewhere else, then come back to this one tomorrow... does the "forum" track logins from any device, or just the specific one I'm using?

So—no matter which account I use to log in, it just keeps showing me my last session details, regardless of where I actually am.

I mean, seriously—how is a server even supposed to know what kind of computer you're running? 😕
