So, I’ve got a situation here that’s driving me absolutely insane. I am dealing with this constant, relentless urge to urinate—it feels like I’m running to the bathroom every thirty minutes, if not even sooner than that. It’s becoming a total nightmare. About two weeks ago, the exact same thing started happening, and it lasted for a few days. Things seemed to settle down after that, and I was only heading to the restroom every couple of hours, but now? Now it’s back with a vengeance, and I’m practically sprinting to the toilet every twenty minutes. To be clear, I’m not experiencing any pain, stinging, or burning during the process or anything like that; there's just no discomfort, which makes the sheer frequency of it all even more frustrating. It’s just this endless, constant need.
Has anyone else dealt with this exact same issue or something similar???

Maybe you caught a bit of a cold. How much water are you drinking?
Even if you aren't feeling any pain, go get a urine culture done.

It’s possible you might have just slightly chilled your ovaries, I suppose

I try to get in about 2 to 3 liters of fluids a day... honestly, I think my biggest issue is dealing with anemia. My hands and feet are perpetually freezing, and when my legs get cold, they start burning like crazy. I don't even bother getting up during the night because that’s the only time I finally manage to warm myself up from head to toe... does that sound like it could just be the temperature?

What’s your doctor saying? You should probably get a urinalysis done. Most likely just a bladder infection.

High blood sugar? Stress?

You're drinking a lot, so that might be the primary culprit. Get a urine culture done to rule out any potential infection; sometimes those symptoms get masked because you're essentially "flushing out" your bladder with all that liquid. If the culture comes back clean, try scaling your total intake down to an average of 2 liters—and that includes everything you consume through food. I'd bet that would cut down your trips to the bathroom.
Water is essential, sure, but there's no sense in overdoing it and constantly rinsing your system.
