Dermatology and minor surgical procedures

Could anyone recommend a private dermatology clinic in Washington, D.C., where they also handle minor surgical procedures, such as mole removals?

If you've had anything similar done, I'd appreciate knowing roughly how much it cost you.

My honest recommendation would be the Mayo Clinic...
The doctor there is fantastic—really gentle and attentive...

I had an atheroma removed by her and everything healed perfectly. 👍

The initial consultation is $83 and then they give you a quote for the actual procedure... In my case, it came out to $417 (surgery plus the pathology report).

Oh, please—back in the sticks, doctors handle this stuff all the time without any drama. You grab an appointment for maybe two or three days out, show up with your referral, and they just pull the tooth right then and there.🙏 And if you aren't covered, you just pay the co-pay—simple. If you bring the referral for the pathology report, you’ll have the results in a week.

I’d highly recommend checking out the Mayo Clinic right near the university campus. Just go hit up their website🙂

Hey guys, I need a little help here. I’ve got this tiny bump on my forehead, just above my left eyebrow. It comes and goes—sometimes it’s obvious, sometimes it’s barely there. If I keep messing with it, it seems to swell up a bit, but if I leave it alone for a few days, it shrinks back down. Honestly, it’s driving me crazy because I have no clue what it actually is. It’s maybe 0.3 to 0.5cm wide. I went to see my doctor and she just gave me some topical cream, but it hasn't done a damn thing. Sometimes it hurts if I poke at it too much, and other times I can't even see the thing until I feel it. Occasionally, it feels like it's right in my eye. Any advice would be appreciated.
