Since there's been so much interest in this topic, a colleague and I decided to put together a survey regarding the promotion of motorsports here in America and the potential development of a brand-new, state-of-the-art racing circuit. If the feedback is positive, we're looking into next steps—things like forming an official association to promote motorsports and actually breaking ground on a modern track capable of hosting major racing events...

I honestly think you'll need at least three people to make an association work properly.
If you're truly serious about this, why not head over to the local community forums and have a real conversation with some of the veterans? Maybe reach out to the organizers there and ask them to connect you with folks who actually have the resources to help. At this stage, I don't think any petitions are going to move the needle much.

We're already reaching out to a few people, so don't worry, 🙂 ... A petition should just be a supporting tool for our proposal. Over the next week, we'll get more updates, find the right people to talk to, and hash out a few more details... I'll keep you updated...
