How do I get sick?

This might seem like a pretty grim topic to bring up, but I really need some urgent advice because I'm hoping I don't have to miss school tomorrow; my brother is dealing with a nasty fever right now, and we're expecting news on his condition this Tuesday... I guess if anyone has any suggestions for managing a temperature or anything else that might help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!🤷

I mean, I get what you're saying, but I've been pulling all sorts of weird shifts lately because of my school schedule, so I guess if I were to eat raw potatoes late at night, I might end up with a fever tomorrow morning, and who knows how many of them I'd actually have to deal with??

You’ve already posted this exact topic before, so you might as well go back and read all the replies as if they were directed straight at you .
Go check out the top thread regarding "support for families dealing with terminal illness," read through some of those posts, and maybe try developing a conscience—it seems like yours is looking a little "sick" and just plain foolish.😳

turn both your hands so your palms are facing down, right?
then just rub those base parts of your thumbs together really hard, like you're trying to start a fire or something.
you'll actually feel the heat building up.
stick a thermometer right there
and you’ll see the reading hitting somewhere around 102 degrees.
been there, done that.

By the way, eating raw potatoes is just asking for bloating, and if you're feeling particularly reckless and eat those green ones, you're looking at solanine poisoning.

I always used to check my temperature in the morning—you know, when you're feeling like death—and then I’d just dip the thermometer under some warm water to get it right up to about 100... It works every single time. At least for me, 😁
