I don't know if you guys caught that, but I haven't dealt with any fiber issues for a while nowβ€”it’s been about two months, actually. It was pretty brutal back in the summer when my digestion was at its absolute worst. I went to see my doctor about an infection, but she basically told me there wasn't much point in running tests since I'd already had mono, and all my other symptoms just didn't seem to trigger anything specific for her.🀷

So, look, my whole issue is basically just nausea, vomiting, and this weird, vague gut discomfort... which is why I’m asking if there are any other specific tests I should probably look into? It's not like this hits me constantly or anythingβ€”it's more like maybe once or twice, maybe three times a month at most

Look, it probably wasn't even a fiber issue. It’s summer, isn't it? It's been sweltering lately, and when the heat hits like this, your body temperature fluctuatesβ€”it's just basic biology. If this is only happening two or three times a month, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. After all, they didn't find anything out of the ordinary during the tests, right? It might just be some passing digestive hiccup or a temporary glitch in the system. Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I wouldn't let it get to me.

I feel like everyone’s body temperature creeps up a little bit in the afternoon. For me, I’m constantly sitting at around 99 degrees. Honestly? I don't even sweat it. I really only started noticing this pattern after I dealt with that weird bout of atypical pneumonia a while back. Plus, you know how it isβ€”it definitely fluctuates with your cycle too.

Seriously, don't stress yourself out! Stressing is just going to make everything worse. If you start throwing up again or feeling totally wiped out, then yeah, go see a doctor and get it checked out, but if it's just that low-grade fever bothering you, please don't worry about it! πŸ™‚
