I’ve heard rumors about a few people from the California area vanishing while visiting San Francisco. They’d eventually make it back home after a couple of days—only to find they were missing a kidney. Apparently, the latest victim of this horrific crime spree was the wife of some prominent doctor from a local clinic. She went missing in San Francisco, and her husband managed to track her down with the police just a few hours later, tucked away in the basement of some Chinese grocery store. Nobody actually knows what happened to her, though—the family apparently swept everything under the rug. Does anyone here have any actual intel on this?👎

Yeah, I actually know who you're talking about... and if I said his name, everyone here would know him... but I won't—not fair to him... So, yeah... he went to San Francisco with his wife... she stepped into a Chinese market... he gets worried when she hasn't come out after 20 minutes... goes inside and the place is empty... then he calls the Carabinier, who find her in a basement along with a bunch of other people ready for surgery... and you got it wrong—they don't "come back"... I heard they finally busted a massive organ trafficking ring in San Francisco... I'm never stepping foot in a Chinese grocery store again...🙂

Yeap, I heard the same thing about a month ago. Then again, I also heard it was just misinformation (even if organ trafficking is VERY much a reality 👎). Maybe it wasn't even that specific family, but someone less high-profile. Either way, you can never be too careful.

This is genuinely unsettling—it feels like something straight out of a horror movie. If this happened to me or anyone close to me, I’d be going public immediately and flagging the authorities. As it stands, there's zero transparency about what actually went down, which is the real problem—other people are still out there at risk of falling into the same trap and losing an organ. That said, I get why the victims might want to stay quiet. Personally, I don't go shopping in San Francisco anymore, especially not at those Chinese shops. 👎

Sure, that kind of thing exists out there somewhere in the world, I guess. But you won't find any of that happening here in the States.

A century ago, they were accusing Jews of sacrificing newborns. Fast forward to today, and suddenly Jews are running global conspiracies while Chinese people are harvesting organs in corner shops all over Europe. It really makes you wonder if that theory about the average IQ rising by three points every decade—you know, the Flynn effect—actually aligns with reality. 🤣

If someone actually had their brain removed, I’m having a hard time buying it—especially the part where they somehow managed to hop online and start a forum thread immediately afterward. All these rumors floating around San Diego about organ harvesting sound like something straight out of a low-budget horror flick. Luckily, I don't live in San Diego or anywhere else in California, and I certainly don't spend my weekends shopping in San Francisco—so I don't have to worry about someone eyeing my kidneys, my corneas, or my life while I'm out and about. I can only imagine that the folks living in California or those frequenting San Francisco are constantly looking over their shoulders. Chilling, really.

Oh, absolutely. You don't necessarily have to be wandering around downtown Chicago to have someone snatch your organs while you're still breathing just to ensure they stay tender, juicy, and perfectly fresh for the market.
Just a word of advice: be extremely careful about which crowd you hang out with when you're heading to some sketchy part of town with a group of people you barely even know.
