Thinking about getting a tattoo?

I’ve dealt with neurodermatitis my entire life—it always flares up right in the creases of my arms—so I ended up getting a tattoo above my elbow on the back side where the skin stays clear, and it turned out great.
Basically, my skin is a bit of a disaster, but the tattoo healed incredibly fast without any issues, and honestly, I'm already thinking about getting another one.

Every single year, I deal with some random new allergy or skin rash, and of course, it always pops up right where I was planning on getting tattooed.
I finally found a tiny spot on my arm that isn't acting up, so I’m probably going for it this year—let's just hope nothing breaks out right over the ink!

I’m honestly at a bit of a crossroads here because I have this nagging feeling that I might actually regret it once it's done... though part of me is already eyeing a lip piercing too.
